Michelle Royston

Michelle Royston is the founder and 100% owner of WAXIT Oceans Umhlanga and the MD of WAXIT. Her role involves defining, planning, facilitating and leading the implementation of all WAXIT branches. Michelle has extensive senior management experience within the international retail sector, as well as VIP customer service experience in both the local and international retail sectors. She has a meticulous eye for detail and she knows exactly what it takes to make clients happy.

Gugu Bhala

WAXIT Oceans Umhlanga is managed by Gugu Bhala. She has been in the beauty industry for 10 years and she is passionate about ensuring that her staff members are happy so they can deliver the best service to their clients. Gugu is a qualified Social Worker with a major in Psychology, which helps her relate and connect to her team and her clients.
